Trading the Futures Market is a digital, web-based handbook. Your one-time payment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to read and listen to the handbook through your account on this site, on your own devices, for as long as the service operates. You are buying access, not a file: the handbook is not downloadable.
Access is tied to the email address used at checkout. Your license is for you alone: you agree not to share your sign-in, resell or sublicense access, or reproduce, screenshot-compile, redistribute, or publicly post the handbook’s content in whole or in part. Pages you view are watermarked with your account email; accounts found sharing access or content may be suspended.
The handbook and this site are educational material only. Nothing here is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any futures contract or other financial instrument. We are not registered as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or commodity trading advisor. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor; you can lose more than your initial investment. Any trading decision you make, and its results, are entirely your own responsibility.
We make no representation or warranty that the methods described will be profitable or suitable for your circumstances. Historical or hypothetical examples illustrate measurement techniques only; past performance is not indicative of future results.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchasers. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update the handbook’s content, design, and features. If we ever permanently discontinue the service, we will make reasonable efforts to give purchasers notice and a fair remedy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for access. We are not liable for any trading losses or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
